Clearstone seeks to invest in Canadian or U.S. headquartered businesses with $3mm-$15mm of EBITDA or an enterprise value of $20-$50mm, supported by a strong leadership team managing daily operations and a well-integrated accounting and finance function. Clearstone is industry agnostic.
